for the rental of tour guide systems by BOSFOR Reisebüro Ges.m.b.H. under the brand VieTourGuide.
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between BOSFOR Reisebüro Ges.m.b.H., Südtiroler Platz 7, 1040 Wien, acting under the brand “VieTourGuide” (hereinafter “Lessor”), and the customer (hereinafter “Lessee”) for the rental of tour guide systems and related equipment.
Requests via the request form or by email are non-binding. A rental contract is concluded by a written order confirmation from the Lessor or by the Lessee’s acceptance of a quote.
The Lessor provides the Lessee with the agreed devices in working and ready-to-use condition. Delivery and collection take place as agreed. In the case of self-pickup, the devices are handed over at the Lessor’s location, Südtiroler Platz 7, 1040 Wien, and must be returned there. The Lessee is obliged to check the equipment for completeness and functionality upon receipt.
The rental period is based on the individual agreement. Rental days that have begun are charged in full.
The prices stated in the quote or order confirmation apply. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of statutory VAT.
The Lessee undertakes to handle the equipment with care, to protect it from theft, damage and the effects of weather, and to use it only for its intended purpose. Passing it on to third parties is not permitted without the Lessor’s written consent.
The Lessee is fully liable for damage to, loss or theft of the rental items during the rental period. The Lessee bears the costs of repair or replacement at the current replacement value.
The Lessor is only liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for indirect damage, loss of profit or consequential damage is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Unless otherwise agreed, the rental fee is payable within 14 days of the invoice date by bank transfer to the Lessor’s account (Bank: BKS Bank, IBAN: AT58 1700 0001 4400 4191, BIC: BFKKAT2K). In the event of late payment, statutory default interest will be charged.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Depending on the time of cancellation, pro-rata cancellation fees may apply, which are set out in the order confirmation.

Austrian law applies. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Vienna. Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
